- Challenges, streaks, and leaderboards
ELEV8 is not a medical service.
4. No Medical Advice
ELEV8 does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, therapy, or emergency services.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise, nutrition, weight loss, or wellness program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy, eating disorder history, disability, or other health concern.
5. Assumption of Risk
Exercise and nutrition changes involve risk. You are responsible for deciding whether any workout, meal plan, recommendation, or activity is appropriate for you.
Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, dizziness, fainting, severe shortness of breath, unusual pain, or other concerning symptoms.
6. AI-Generated Content
ELEV8 may use AI to generate workouts, meal ideas, habit suggestions, feedback, and motivational guidance.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or inappropriate for your circumstances. You should use your judgment and consult qualified professionals when needed.
You agree not to rely on ELEV8 as your sole source of fitness, nutrition, medical, or safety advice.
7. User Account
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account information
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity under your account
- Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Subscriptions and Payments

If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform, billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by that platform's terms.
Subscription fees may automatically renew unless canceled before renewal.

You may submit content, including posts, comments, workout logs, meal logs, photos, messages, and other materials.
You retain ownership of your content.
By submitting content, you grant ELEV8 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify, and use your content to operate and improve ELEV8.
You are responsible for your content.
10. Progress Photos
You may upload progress photos for tracking and AI feedback.
You represent that any photo you upload is of you and that you have the right to upload it.
Do not upload nude, sexually explicit, exploitative, illegal, or non-consensual images.
11. Community Rules
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Post hateful, discriminatory, or violent content
- Promote eating disorders, self-harm, steroids, unsafe supplements, or dangerous practices
- Impersonate others
- Post spam
- Share another person's private information
- Upload illegal or infringing content
- Misuse leaderboards, challenges, or community tools
We may remove content or suspend users at our discretion.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Reverse engineer ELEV8
- Scrape or harvest data
- Use ELEV8 for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with app security
- Upload malware
- Misrepresent AI outputs as professional medical advice
- Use ELEV8 to develop competing products through unauthorized data extraction
13. Intellectual Property
